Hey guys, sorry it always takes so long between my journal updates.

I've been really busy this week (no more summer leisure for me) and have been starring longingly at my sketchbook and tablet but there just isn't the time right now. Hopefully things will slow down and get more steady in the next few weeks. I have to say I REALLY miss the summer! Nothing better than getting to sit outside and paint flowers

I'm hoping to draw something (or at least start a new work) soon. The only thing is that now I don't have my regular computer and am instead working off of my laptop which is kind of frustrating to use my tablet with. It gets all jumpy and weird. But I've done it before and will work to reacquaint myself with it. I've been working hard to improve my digital coloring skills so I hope that my recent works show improvement over each of its predecessors. I think I'm finally starting to develop a technique to use in photoshop elements that more closely mimics the way I oekaki without using pixel brushes. which is a good thing.

Anyone know of any interesting text memes to do? Maybe I'll start doing those every once in awhile.

For anyone wondering where the Jack and Sally manikin photo went, I decided to hold off uploading it until I could get a better photograph/backdrop. So be patient, I'll get it back up once I get my act together

So I haven't played a pokemon game in like probably 6 years or more and bought Diamond on a whim a few weeks ago. Its fun but I'm like where did all my favorite pokemon go? Kabutops, Mew, Mewtwo, Charizard, Togepi, Dragonair, Furret, Xatu and so on and so on... Instead there's things like Turtwigs... and of course Mudkips. Its because its a different region I'm sure but I really miss the old school Pokemon designs, in my opinion they were a lot cooler. Infernape is pretty nice though, I'll admit. Haven't seen the show in years either, is it still on? If so what is it like??

BTW, I'll be away in the next few weeks so don't expect updates until late July.

I recently started using Tegaki E and I love it! Such a creative way to blog and leave comments. I was just curious who else here uses it because I'd love to see your work there!

Slowly buuut surely I am getting my gallery back up. I decided just to put everything old in my scraps section, just because I want them here but at the same time want a fresh start and prefer to only upload current pieces into my main gallery. Anyways, please take a look if you're interested!
